The Open Source Software License Agreement version 1 is our software license which grants the
following rights and more:

• The source code and intellectual property remains ours.

• You have access to the source code and you can modify it, enhance it, compile it and use it in
  both source code and object code form.
• You may not distribute the source code in any form. (If you need to distribute the source code the recipient must have a commercial license agreement with SMK Software or they must use the freely available GPL version.)
• You can compile and distribute the object code with your applications so that your applications work,
  except if you’re distributing just our object code in a way that it violates any copyright law. Basically,
  you can’t just distribute the object code itself as a stand-alone item. It must be included as part of your
  project.
